Important documents for gurc members

All documents can be accessed through the buttons at the bottom of the page. Please read the documents and raise any issues with the club, by emailing gurc-horseriding@hotmail.com. All members of the club are assumed to agree to the below documents and terms once membership is purchased.

Club code of conduct

Once you have bought your membership, you will have signed the code of conduct. It is attached to the membership portal as well as attached below so please make sure you read it. Breaking the code of conduct will result in a warning for your first violation, a 2 week suspension for your second violation, and then removal from the club and all club activities for any further violations. During the 2 week suspension you will be unable to attend your lessons, and if you are removed from the club you will no longer by able to attend your lesson and will be unable to re-join the club for the year in session (September to September). Busby will be made aware of all suspensions and bans. Banned or suspended members will not receive refunds for missed lessons.

GURC Constitution

The club is run according to the club constitution. The constitution is updated each year and any changes are suggested and voted on at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) or Emergency General Meetings (EGM) throughout the year. Any full or semester member is allowed to suggest and vote on changes to the constitution, social members do not have voting rights.
